WE ARE YOUR LOCAL CrossFit GYM IN BELGRADE, MT
Every day our group classes have one specific workout. The “WOD” or workout of the day is scaled for each client. The length, weight, or number of repetitions can all be adjusted(scaled) to allow for the individual’s fitness level. From Olympic athlete to total beginner, we can all benefit from the safe, functional movements used in the program but this is not a one size fits all approach! Your ability, experience and goals are important to us.
